AICEE provides real world environment for exchange of ideas, culture, heritage and practical experience. This broadens the horizons of American peoples’ understanding of the world and a participants understanding of America & its techniques. Besides international exchange programs we also aid in career development of American people and management projects for companies.

AICEE’s Hotel Management, Training & Cultural Exchange Program (HMTCE Program) is further divided as follows.

Program for International Applicants for Professional Career Development
(Professional Trainees) Code:
PT (4 months to 18 months)


In this program the participants are offered the opportunity to train, while working at our hotel locations. The program also offers opportunities for mutual cultural exchange between international participants and US nationals. This continuous interaction with guests, managers and other staff members is a tremendous opportunity for learning. The international trainees get a thorough chance of putting across their ideas and thoughts on various issues. They also get to understand in-depth the culture and thought process of American mind and the American way of working.



Program for International Applicant for International Cultural Promotions
(Cultural Ambassadors) Code:
CA (4 months to 15 months)


In this program the participants are offered the opportunity to promote their culture, heritage, traditions and history in the USA. The participants get to interact with the guests and extend their hospitality.



Program for International Applicants in Advanced Training & Employment
(Professional Consultants) Code
: PC (1 year to 6 years)


If you have the education and experience of working in US Hotels at Management Levels or equivalent, then you would be eligible for this program.



International Workers’ Program
Code: IW (3 months to 10 months)


This program is available for international workers who come to US as seasonal workers.




Benefits
The participants are provided the following benefits/services
    • Paid internships/programs (monthly stipend or salary)
    • 40 Hours working per week (however productivity is observed)
    • Fully furnished accommodation (in hotels or apartments)
    • Accommodation includes furnished & complete beds, sofas, furniture (desk etc.)
    • Cable television, local phone calls free.
    • Microwave & refrigerator is  provided free.
    • Free trip to Social Security Administration for normal processing of Social Security Cards.
    • Guidance in case of any problems with Social Security Administration or if visit is required to United States Citizenship & Immigration Services for problems with I-94 for database issues
    • Weekly trips for groceries to Wal-Mart
    • Help with opening of  Bank Account.
    • All basic linen for beds is provided.
    • Transportation to and from the training/work location is provided free of cost (if more than a mile)
    • Opportunities for cross-cultural activities
    • Regular get-togethers & outings
    • Visa processing for applicants or their families at subsidized rates
    • Pick-up from the airport on arrival and drop-off at the time of departure
    • Temporary arrangement of housing free of cost if the participant is in transit
    • Pre-arrival and post-arrival orientations

    Eligibility for our Program

    All International visitors enter United States under different visas & work permits, in accordance with the US Government's regulations for the program. The following are the general eligibility conditions however these could change from time to time.
    • Participant must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Participant should have sufficient knowledge of culture, history, traditions and heritage of his/her home country.
    • Participant should have sufficient communication skills and command over English language to be able to communicate with American People.
    • Participant should have completed at least 2 years of formal education in an accredited school, college or university in the field of hospitality or have worked for at least 2 years in the field of interest.

    Fee Structure for AICEE Programs
    • Fee is payable only after the participant has been selected for the program.
    • Please note that if you applying through one of our agents then you might have to contact them with regards to the fee.
    • The fee is acceptable only in US Dollars.
    • Visa processing generally takes 120 days however you have the option to complete your processing within 20-25 days.
    • For this you will have to "Premium Process" your case, the fee for which is $1000 extra.
    • Please contact us for details on how to submit the fee.

      Please note that the following are included in Program Fee:

      • Initial registration and confirmation for the program.
      • Processing & documentation of your case.
      • Any attorney fee involved.
      • Filing fee with the US Government in US as mentioned in the agreement.
      • Arrangements for housing, transportation and other related facilities, before starting at the work location.
      • Pickup from the airport, initial orientation or stay at locations other than the permanent.

    Selection Process

    The following is the complete selection process for our program:
    1. Applicant fills the Application Form and submits the "Application Packet". This consists of:
      • Application form
      • One passport size photograph
      • Two letters of recommendation
      • Copy of passport with all earlier visas/rejections.
      • An Essay on how you will tell American people about your culture, heritage, traditions & history. (Not to exceed 300 words)
      • An Essay on how the training will help you in your life in the future and how it is related to the past experience.

      Once all documents are complete we will take about three working days to verify your documents and give an interview date.

    2. On successful completion of interview, the participant will submit the required fee, participant agreement form and proof of health insurance (depending upon the visa). You can enroll in AICEE's health insurance program. After fee is received along with all signed documents we will proceed with your visa petition with Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) or for Sponsorship documents. It will take us about 10 days to prepare your case and submit the papers after everything has been submitted by the participant.
    3. After receiving the documents, it can take up to 120 days to process your case. There is a Premium Process available for this step wherein you can process your case in 15 working days after completion and submission of all required documents. Extra charges for Premium Processing are $1000.
    4. We will send you the original approval notice (I 797/DS2019) along with other documentation. You will then fix up an appointment for interview date with the US Consulate/Embassy in your home country.
    5. Once visa is stamped on your passport you are ready to come to US (subject to clearance at the port of entry).
